What a fantastic way to start the New Year! the hotel was clean, quiet and the staff were extremely friendly. I particularly loved the executive floor service which was excellent. the breakfast, lunch and dinner were top-notch, with the chef creating some amazing dishes. the room was very comfortable and clean. One of the best things about the hotel was the efficient staff who were always attentive to our needs. Lastly, the location was amazing, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding areas.
The only thing I didn't quite like was the shower, as I couldn't control the water temperature properly. this minor issue didn't significantly affect my overall experience.

During my Christmas getaway, I had a fascinating experience at this hotel. The executive floor services were excellent, with delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals. the staff was attentive and efficient, always ready to help in any way they can. The location was also great, with easy access to key attractions, and the room was comfortable and clean, ensuring a relaxing and unforgettable stay.
Despite the positive aspects, the inability to control the water temperature in the shower was a downside to my stay. This made showering uncomfortable at times, and I had to constantly adjust the water to find the right temperature.

The breakfast was delicious and the chef impressed me with their culinary prowess. Special mention to Susan, the manager, who was always available to support the guests and ensure their happiness.
